Back in 2020, in a quiet corner of Prague 10, Finn opened the first version of Valhalla. A small bar with just 7 taps, but big on personality. It quickly became a local favourite for beer lovers looking for something real.
Finn’s first pub wasn’t just about beer – it built friendships. Over time, some of those friends became investors. Now Ludovic, Csaba, Nicolas, and Filip have joined him to create something bigger. Valhalla is personal – owned and backed by people who believe in it.
You might wonder who is this Finn?
Behind Valhalla Beer Club is Finn – a pub founder with strong opinions, years of experience, and zero tolerance for bullshit. He’s not in it for trends. He’s in it for taste, honesty, and doing things properly.
Finn isn’t some lifestyle guru. He’s a man with a busted knee, a love for good food, and a stare that’s
seen more beer than most bars have on tap. He didn’t start a pub to get rich.
He’s building this one because he’s had enough of bad bars.

The new Valhalla re-opened in October 2025, in the very heart of Prague – Lucerna, on VodiÄŤkova 36.
Today, we offer 40 beers on tap, featuring top European craft breweries alongside specials from the USA and Canada. As we grow and evolve, we stay true to our core values. A crew that really cares and is always ready to help you decide which beer to go with, in case you get lost in the options.
