Jedná se o námi zamilovaný styl NEIPA, pro který je typické extrémní množství použitého aromatického chmele v pozdních fázích výroby, to z důvodu, abychom dosáhli maximální možné ovocitosti ve vůni i v chuti, ale hořkost stále drželi na uzdě. Dále se používají ovesné vločky, které zjemní strukturu těla a pivo je pak krásně sametové. A v neposlední řadě, hraje významnou roli speciální kmen kvasnic. ___ The brewery's best selling New England IPA. In taste and aroma, distinct notes of pineapple, mango and yellow melon. In the middle of 2019, Untappd.com announced it as the best beer in the Czech Republic.     Gose je historický německý pivní styl známý svou lehce slanou a kyselou chutí. My jsme si ho vzali jako základ pro jedinečné mezinárodní dobrodružství. Společně s finským pivovarem Tuju který za námi dorazil osobně na vaření, jsme vytvořili pivo, které propojuje dvě pivní kultury – nejen nápadem, ale i chutí. Do receptury jsme zvolili suroviny, které jsou tradičně spojené s českou i finskou krajinou – finské brusinky, české i severské šípky a jalovec, který má v obou zemích silné kořeny v lidové gastronomii a bylinkářství. Společně tvoří chutě, které připomínají procházku podzimním lesem: jasná ovocná kyselost brusinek, jemná sladkokyselá hloubka šípků a bylinná, kořenitá linka jalovce. Vše završuje decentní minerální slanost, typická pro styl Gose. Bridge Please tak není jen pivo – je to symbol spojení. Most mezi minulostí a současností, mezi Finskem a Českem, mezi tradičními surovinami a moderní kreativitou. A tenhle most fakt stojí za to přejít.

    Drink And Drive Na Grepu vychází z naší klasické nealkoholické Hazy IPA, kterou jsme tentokrát propojili s nápadem z našeho APA Robin Na Grepu. Vzniklo tak spojení dvou světů – šťavnaté hazy textury a výrazné grapefruitové linky, kterou už znáte. Základ tvoří chmely Riwaka a Citra Cryo. Ty samy o sobě přinášejí intenzivní citrusové aroma plné limetek a grepu. Přidáním grepových silic jsme tenhle charakter ještě zvýraznili a nasměrovali ho přímočaře jedním směrem – čistý, svěží grep s lehce nahořklým dozvukem. Výsledkem je výrazné, osvěžující nealko, které má plnou chuť, šťavnatý projev a přitom si drží méně než 0,5 % alkoholu.

    Coco Noir v sobě spojuje sílu, eleganci a chuťový komfort. Stylově jde o Double Oatmeal Stout, tedy silné a plné pivo s přidáním ovesných vloček, které přidávají tělu krémovost a hladkost. Výsledkem je hutná, sametová struktura, která pivo drží pohromadě a zároveň ho dělá mimořádně pitelným i při vyšším obsahu alkoholu. Základ sladového základu byla přidána kombinace tmavých sladů, které přinášejí tóny hořké čokolády a pražené kávy – přesně to, co od poctivého stoutu čekáš. Ale tím to nekončí. To, co dělá Coco Noir výjimečným, je opravdu příjemná dávka kokosu, který jsme do piva přidali. Kokos není jen v pozadí – je tu naplno, krémový, voňavý, trochu sladký a krásně kontrastní k hořkosti a praženosti základu.

    (2025) As stout ages, Goose Island’s brewers often observe a range of fruit expressions that emerge from the barrel and from time itself. Inspired by the flambéed dessert classic Cherries Jubilee, 2025 Bourbon County Brand Cherries Jubilee Stout captures the essence of cognac-soaked cherries and caramelized citrus. The beer began its aging journey in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, which impart rich layers of oak, warm vanilla and subtle baking spice. It was then finished in cognac barrels, adding elegant notes of dried fruit and contributing to a rich, full mouthfeel. Following the aging process, the stout was blended with Montmorency cherries, citrus, and panela–resulting in a velvety, decadent beer with flavors of candied dark cherry, soft vanilla and a caramelized citrus finish. 14.5% ABV.

    My wife and I had our first kid in 2020. His name is Liam. To mark the occasion, we named the next unnamed beer in the schedule after him. He’s getting older these days! He has lots of words and opinions. So we thought it was time to give him some creative control over his own beer! We asked Liam to redesign both the label and the hops in the recipe to whatever his little heart desired. He tackled this assignment with vigorous enthusiasm and redesigned the label to have a “blue dino” on it and the beer to be hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka and Sabro hops! It’s a beautiful label, and a great recipe that we couldn’t be more proud of him coming up with. We love ya buddy!

    Mingle is our series of beers where we blend whatever hops we feel like to see if they have chemistry with each other. It’s been a minute since we’ve done a mingle and that’s largely because we’d been through most hop blends we found novel and interesting…. Until now! Hopped with the explosive trio of Sabro, Dolcita, and Talus this is one of those beers that doesn’t quite taste like any other. All three hops are somewhat related to one another (Talus being the daughter of Sabro and dolcita basically being Sabro adjacent in flavor terms) and come together to make a monster beer replete with notes of fuzzy peach, coconut, ruby red grapefruit and juicy tangerine.
