Chtěli jsme tenhle známý barový zážitek převést do piva, proto jsme jako základ zvolili gose, tedy lehce kyselý a jemně slaný styl, který se s okurkovým lákem přirozeně potkává. Do piva jsme přidali lák z nakládaných okurek, který mu dodává výraznější kyselost, lehkou octovost a jasný okurkový charakter. Ten se díky přirozené slanosti gose dobře propojuje se základem piva a nepůsobí jen jako zvláštní přídavek navíc. Dubové chipsy pak přinášejí jemnou dřevitost, lehkou vanilkovost a bourbonový nádech, který odkazuje k původnímu pickle shotu. Výsledkem je netradiční, svěží a slaně kyselé pivo, které chutí opravdu připomíná svůj barový vzor.
