A craft brewery based in Avon, New York, founded in 2017. Since its inception, it has built a strong reputation through its creative approach to brewing and collaborations with leading craft breweries. At its core, Mortalis believes that beer brings people together, creating opportunities to share stories, experiences, and friendships.
For this tasting night, you’ll get to taste 9 of their beers – from juicy IPAs to smoothie sours. Each 150 ml.

Is the event suitable for beginners, or do I need to be a beer expert?
It doesn’t matter at all. You just need to be open to tasting different beers and discovering new flavors and styles. It’s a perfect opportunity to learn more about beer and find something new.
How long does the tasting night last?
It depends on the number of samples. On average, we spend about 15-20 minutes per beer, with no rush.
Will the tasting be guided or free-form?
The tasting is fully guided. Before each beer, we’ll explain what to expect, what ingredients are used, and share a bit about the brewery.
Will there be time for questions and discussion?
Absolutely. Don’t hesitate to ask.
Is the atmosphere more formal or relaxed?
Definitely relaxed.
Who is leading the tasting?
The tasting will be led by Finn, founder of Valhalla Beer Club, or by Eitan or Serghei, our beer specialists and bar managers.
Will we receive tasting notes or printed materials?
Yes, you’ll receive an overview of all the beers being tasted, prepared for you at the start of the event.
Are there going to be any breaks during the tasting?
Yes, short breaks are included throughout the event.
