TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Organizer Identification
1.1 The operator of the events is Valhalla Beer Club, operated by Valhalla Beer s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 08950512, VAT ID: CZ08950512, with its registered office at Zbudovská 767/15, 142 00 Prague, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Scope of Terms
2.1 These Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) govern the mutual rights and obligations of the Organizer and any customer purchasing participation in events organized by the Organizer, including but not limited to Tasting Nights and Tap Takeover Tasting Challenge (the “Event”).
2.2 The T&C apply to purchases made via the Organizer’s website, payment links, or other means of distance communication.
2.3 By completing a purchase, the customer enters into a binding distance contract with the Organizer.
3. Order and Contract Formation
3.1 The customer shall place an order via a payment link provided by the Organizer or via the Organizer’s website.
3.2 The contract between the Organizer and the customer shall be deemed concluded at the moment the full payment is successfully received.
3.3 The Organizer shall issue a confirmation email without undue delay.
3.4 The customer shall ensure that all provided contact details are accurate and complete. The Organizer shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices are stated in CZK and include applicable VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2 Payments shall be processed via third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Revolut.
4.3 The Organizer does not store full payment details.
4.4 The Organizer reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to withdraw from the contract in such cases.
5. Ticket Delivery and Entry
5.1 Proof of participation, in the form of a ticket or confirmation, shall be delivered electronically via email.
5.2 The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of the participant upon entry, including by reference to name, email, or ticket confirmation.
5.3 The Organizer may refuse entry if the participant fails to demonstrate valid proof of purchase.
6. Cancellation, Withdrawal, Transfers and Refund Mechanics
6.1 In accordance with Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, the customer acknowledges that withdrawal from the contract is not permitted where the service relates to leisure activities provided on a specific date.
6.2 Tickets shall be non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Clause 6.
6.3 Ticket transfers shall be permitted provided that the Organizer is notified in advance via email and the replacement participant satisfies all applicable event requirements, including age restrictions.
6.5 In the event that the Organizer cancels the Event, the customer shall be entitled to either a full refund or participation in an alternative event date, where available. Any refund shall be processed within 14 days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6.6 Failure to attend the Event shall not entitle the customer to any refund or compensation.
7. Changes and Event Execution
7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to modify the date, venue, lineup, or format of the Event where reasonably necessary.
7.2 The Organizer shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or loss of income.
8. Participation, Alcohol Policy and Liability
8.1 Participation in Events shall be at the customer’s own risk.
8.2 Events may involve the consumption of alcohol. Participants shall be fully responsible for their own consumption and behavior. The Organizer shall not be liable for any consequences arising from alcohol consumption and reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol at its discretion.
8.3 The Organizer shall not be liable for personal injury resulting from participant behavior, damage caused by third parties, or loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
8.4 The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants without refund if they are intoxicated prior to entry, behave in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner, endanger staff or other guests, or violate applicable laws or venue rules.
8.5 Events are strictly intended for persons aged 18 and over.
9. Media Consent (Photo and Video)
9.1 By attending the Event, the participant acknowledges and agrees that photographs, video recordings, or other media content may be captured during the Event.
9.2 The participant hereby grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide right to use such materials for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to use on social media, websites, and internal documentation.
9.3 Participants who do not wish to be recorded shall notify the Organizer in advance or inform staff on-site, and the Organizer shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
10. Complaints and Claims
10.1 Any complaints shall be submitted without undue delay via email at lucerna@valhalla-beer.cz.
10.2 The Organizer shall handle complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Personal Data Protection
11.1 The Organizer shall process personal data for the purposes of event organization, contract performance, communication with customers, and marketing where permitted by law.
11.2 Payments and certain personal data may be processed by third-party providers, including Revolut.

12. Force Majeure
12.1 The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or supplier or venue failure.
12.2 In such cases, the Organizer may reschedule the Event or issue credits at its discretion.
13. Governing Law and Final Provisions
13.1 These T&C shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
13.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time, with updated versions published on its website.
13.3 These T&C are valid from April 1, 2026.
13.4 In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Czech version shall prevail.
OBCHODNÍ PODMÍNKY
1. Identifikace organizátora
1.1 Provozovatelem akcí je Valhalla Beer Club, provozovaný společností Valhalla Beer s.r.o., IČO: 08950512, DIČ: CZ08950512, se sídlem Zbudovská 767/15, 142 00 Praha, Česká republika (dále jen „Organizátor“).

2. Rozsah podmínek
2.1 Tyto všeobecné obchodní podmínky (dále jen „VOP“) upravují vzájemná práva a povinnosti Organizátora a zákazníka při nákupu účasti na akcích pořádaných Organizátorem, včetně, ale nikoli výhradně, Tasting Nights a Tap Takeover Tasting Challenge (dále jen „Akce“).
2.2 VOP se vztahují na nákupy uskutečněné prostřednictvím webových stránek Organizátora, platebních odkazů nebo jiných prostředků na dálku.
2.3 Dokončením nákupu uzavírá zákazník s Organizátorem závaznou smlouvu na dálku.
3. Objednávka a uzavření smlouvy
3.1 Zákazník provede objednávku prostřednictvím platebního odkazu poskytnutého Organizátorem nebo prostřednictvím webových stránek Organizátora.
3.2 Smlouva mezi Organizátorem a zákazníkem se považuje za uzavřenou okamžikem úspěšného přijetí úplné platby.
3.3 Organizátor bez zbytečného odkladu vystaví potvrzení objednávky e-mailem.
3.4 Zákazník zajistí, že všechny poskytnuté kontaktní údaje jsou přesné a úplné. Organizátor nenese odpovědnost za problémy vzniklé v důsledku nesprávných nebo neúplných údajů.
4. Ceny a platby
4.1 Veškeré ceny jsou uvedeny v českých korunách a zahrnují platnou DPH, pokud není výslovně uvedeno jinak.
4.2 Platby jsou zpracovávány prostřednictvím třetích stran, včetně, ale nikoli výhradně, Revolut.
4.3 Organizátor neuchovává úplné platební údaje zákazníka.
4.4 Organizátor si vyhrazuje právo opravit zjevné chybné ceny a v těchto případech odstoupit od smlouvy.
5. Dodání vstupenek a vstup na akci
5.1 Doklad o účasti, ve formě vstupenky nebo potvrzení, bude doručen elektronicky e-mailem.
5.2 Organizátor si vyhrazuje právo ověřit identitu účastníka při vstupu, včetně kontroly jména, e-mailu nebo potvrzení vstupenky.
5.3 Organizátor může odmítnout vstup, pokud účastník nepředloží platný doklad o zakoupení.
6. Zrušení, odstoupení, převody a vrácení peněz
6.1 V souladu s § 1837 občanského zákoníku zákazník bere na vědomí, že odstoupení od smlouvy není možné, pokud se služba týká volnočasových aktivit poskytovaných v konkrétní datum.
6.2 Vstupenky jsou nevratné, pokud není výslovně uvedeno jinak v tomto článku 6.
6.3 Převod vstupenek je povolen, pokud je Organizátor předem informován e-mailem a náhradní účastník splňuje všechny požadavky Akce, včetně věkových omezení.
6.5 V případě zrušení Akce ze strany Organizátora má zákazník nárok na plnou náhradu nebo účast na náhradním termínu, pokud je k dispozici. Náhrada bude zpracována do 14 dnů původní platební metodou, pokud není dohodnuto jinak.
6.6 Nepřítomnost na Akci nezakládá nárok na vrácení peněz nebo kompenzaci.
7. Změny a realizace akce
7.1 Organizátor si vyhrazuje právo změnit datum, místo konání, program nebo formát Akce, pokud je to nutné.
7.2 Organizátor nenese odpovědnost za další náklady zákazníka, včetně cestovních, ubytovacích nebo ztráty příjmů.
8. Účast, alkoholová politika a odpovědnost
8.1 Účast na Akci je na vlastní riziko zákazníka.
8.2 Akce mohou zahrnovat konzumaci alkoholu. Účastníci jsou plně odpovědní za vlastní konzumaci a chování. Organizátor nenese odpovědnost za následky konzumace alkoholu a vyhrazuje si právo odmítnout podávání alkoholu dle svého uvážení.
8.3 Organizátor nenese odpovědnost za úrazy účastníků, škody způsobené třetími stranami nebo ztrátu, odcizení či poškození osobních věcí.
8.4 Organizátor si vyhrazuje právo odmítnout vstup nebo účastníky vyvést bez náhrady, pokud jsou pod vlivem alkoholu před vstupem, chovají se rušivě, nebezpečně či nevhodně, ohrožují personál či jiné hosty nebo porušují platné zákony či pravidla místa konání.
8.5 Akce jsou určeny výhradně pro osoby starší 18 let.
9. Souhlas s využitím médií (foto a video)
9.1 Účastí na Akci účastník bere na vědomí a souhlasí s tím, že během Akce mohou být pořizovány fotografie, videozáznamy nebo jiný mediální obsah.
9.2 Účastník tímto poskytuje Organizátorovi nevýhradní, bezplatné, trvalé a celosvětové právo využívat tyto materiály pro marketingové, propagační a komerční účely, včetně použití na sociálních sítích, webových stránkách a interní dokumentaci.
9.3 Účastníci, kteří nechtějí být zaznamenáváni, jsou povinni informovat Organizátora předem nebo personál na místě. Organizátor se vynasnaží tyto požadavky zohlednit.
10. Reklamace
10.1 Reklamace je třeba zaslat bez zbytečného odkladu e-mailem na lucerna@valhalla-beer.cz.
10.2 Organizátor vyřizuje reklamace v souladu s platnými zákony na ochranu spotřebitele.
11. Ochrana osobních údajů
11.1 Organizátor zpracovává osobní údaje za účelem organizace Akce, plnění smlouvy, komunikace se zákazníky a marketingu, pokud to zákon dovoluje.
11.2 Platby a některé osobní údaje mohou být zpracovávány třetími stranami, včetně Revolut.

12. Nepředvídatelné události
12.1 Organizátor nenese odpovědnost za neplnění nebo zpoždění v plnění způsobené událostmi mimo jeho kontrolu, včetně, ale nikoli výhradně, přírodních katastrof, vládních omezení, veřejno-zdravotních krizí nebo selhání dodavatelů či místa konání.
12.2 V těchto případech může Organizátor Akci přesunout nebo vydat kredit dle svého uvážení.
13. Závěrečná ustanovení
13.1 Tyto VOP se řídí právem České republiky.
13.2 Organizátor si vyhrazuje právo tyto VOP kdykoli upravit, přičemž aktualizované verze budou zveřejněny na jeho webu.
13.3 Tyto VOP jsou platné od 1. dubna 2026.
13.4 V případě rozporu mezi jazykovými verzemi má přednost česká verze.
