All investments carry some risk, but these bonds are backed by Valhalla Beer Club and created for friends, regulars, and supporters who believe in what we do.

❓ Can anyone invest?

Yes – as long as you are a private individual. These bonds are a private offer and not listed on the stock exchange.

❓ Do I need to go through a bank?

No. You invest directly with Valhalla Beer Club. We handle all paperwork and provide official confirmation.

❓ How do I get paid?

You receive interest once per year, and the full amount is repaid at the end of the term. Everything is handled officially and on time.

❓ Is there a minimum age?

Yes, you must be 18 years old or older to invest.

❓ Can I sell the bond later?

These bonds are not tradable on the market, so they are meant to be held until maturity.

❓ Where does my money go?

Your investment helps us grow: new equipment, great beer selection, reconstruction, and more events at Valhalla.

❓ Do I need to know anything about finance?

Not at all. We explain everything clearly, and the process is simple. Think of it as helping build a great pub – and getting rewarded for it.

❓ Can I visit the pub as an investor?

Absolutely. We hope you do! Many of our investors are also our favorite regulars.

❓ Is this like owning shares?

No. Bonds are a loan – you don’t own a piece of the pub, but you do earn interest and get special perks.

❓ What happens if the pub does really well?

You still get your guaranteed interest and repayment – and the warm feeling of having helped make it happen.

❓ Can I invest from abroad?

Yes – if you’re able to transfer funds and complete the documentation, you’re welcome to invest.
